The InterNational Club Committee

The InterNational Club Committee consists of the officers elected by the Club to fulfill specific duties on behalf of the Club. Quorum is required for key decisions to be made at Committee meetings. Quorum is defined as "the number of members of a group or organization required to be present to transact business legally, usually a majority". For the purposes of the InterNational Club Committee quorum will be met with six members of the committee. The Committee will meet on a regular basis and a roster of attendance will be taken at all meetings.
