Friday:    
For Friday night’s dinner, each delegation will have the opportunity to eat at some of our favorite area restaurants.  Below is an abbreviated list of places to eat and relax.

~Also, snacks and refreshments will be provided in the boardrooms.  Bars, cookies, and beverages will be available.

 

Saturday:

Breakfast
A continental breakfast will be available for delegates on both Saturday and Sunday mornings at the hotel.  Breakfast will be held from 6:00 am to 8:00 am on Saturday and from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on Sunday morning.

Lunch
A deli buffet lunch will be provided on Saturday afternoon for the delegates.  The buffet will include all the fixings needed to make sandwiches along with chips and salad.

Dinner
Friday night’s supper will be up to each delegation.  A list of local restaurants has been provided to recommend a few ideas.

Saturday night’s banquet will be a buffet setting including: wine chicken, spinach lasagna, a wild rice blend, green beans, and desert.

Sunday:
Please refer to Saturday’s breakfast menu.

Special Dietary Needs
The Food Service department at the College of St. Scholastica and the Edgewater Resort ensure us that they are happy to accommodate any dietary needs that may occur for our conference delegates.  We ask that you provide any special dietary needs information at the time of registration so that we can be sure to accommodate them.  We will do our best to make sure everyone has their wishes catered to.

Hospitality Rooms
The Edgewater Resort will be providing one room to use as the hospitality room.  Each night, we will make sure that the hospitality room has an assortment of snacks and refreshments for the enjoyment of the delegates.
