Registration will be available on our website, but a hard copy can be made available to you per request. To acquire a hard copy please contact us by email, mail, or phone. Credit card and checks are accepted only. Credit card payments can be made online during registration process. We have been working with the Information Technologies Department to set up the registration part of the website.  We have adopted the typical registration method used by our Conference Event Specialist to handle registration.  Registration information will be secured in numerous locations to guarantee the safekeeping of conference records.  The conference staff are the only people who will have access to this information.

 

 

Registration: begins November 10, 2008, the day after the close of the MACURH conference.

Institutional Registration: We will require institutions attending the conference to register their school, the number of delegates attending, the advisors, and a bid team, if they have one, by midnight on December 19, 2008.

Individual Registration: We will request delegates to register their individual information by midnight on January 16, 2009.

Registration: ends January 25, 2009.

Late Registration: must be in by January 25, 2009. A late fee of $10.00 for institutional registration will be added beginning:  December 20th, 2008. A late fee of $25.00 per delegate for individual registration will be added beginning:  January 17th, 2009.

 

Delegation Caps/Alternatives

The delegation cap for No-Frills 2009 will be four delegates and one advisor per school.  If the school is presenting a bid at the conference they can bring an additional five delegates (or 4 delegates and an advisor) for their bid team.  Individual delegates can be switched at any time before the registration deadline. If wished, same gender changes may be made after the registration deadline up until two weeks before the conference.  After that time, no changes will be accepted due to registration complications. Alternates will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis in compliance with conference limitations.

Macurh bid teams will be 9 delegates per school.
