Head shot of HowardHoward is a third year Computer Information Systems and Management double-major. Originally from Anoka, MN, Howard has been active on campus from the day he arrived. Among his activities are Residence Hall Association, Academic Role Model, Student Senate, and Computer Help Desk Consultant. He has attended two MACURH Conferences, two No-Frills Conferences, along with two NACURH Conferences. Howard was the 2006-2007 national First Year Experience Award winner, a national corporate structure committee member. Howard is super excited to be serving the region as the chair for the No Frills Conference in 2009.

Head Shot of PriscillaPriscilla is a fourth year student from Albert Lea, MN majoring in Pre-Med with a Biology concentration. She has been a part of the Residence Hall Association for four years and has attended five Conferences: two MACURHs, two NACURHs and a No Frills.  She served on the RHA Executive board as the Secretary during the 06-07 year, was President for the 07-08 school year and is currently a general member standing in as NCC.  On a regional level, she has presented a program, a Program of the Year bid and she also sat on the developmental committee during 07-08.  Priscilla is the head coordinator of the Benedictine Friends program, a Chemistry lab TA and a tutor for various subjects.  Hosting a conference has given her another exciting opportunity to stay involved with campus life and is very enthusiastic to be part of the No Frills Conference staff.

Housing and Registration Chair: Stephanie Arneson: generalfrills09housing@gmail.com

Head shot of Stephanie Stephanie is a third year student at the College of St. Scholastica from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.  She is applying for acceptance to the Physical Therapy Doctorate program.  Besides being the housing and registration chair on the conference staff she is the Campus Communication Coordinator for R.H.A.  She has attended three MACURH, one No Frills, and two NACURH conferences.  The experience has enhanced her leadership skills and she is excited to see the General Frills conference be a success. 

Dining and Philanthropy Chair: Sam Albrecht: generalfrills09dining@gmail.com

Head shot of Sam Sam is a junior majoring in Physical Therapy with a focus in pediatrics.  She is from the small town of Chetek located in west-central Wisconsin.  Sam has been active in helping plan several RHA events over the last year and has also attended the MACURH 2007 Conference as well as the No Frills 2008 Conference.  She is an enthusiastic member of both the concert and jazz bands at the college and is also a Shadow Guide and Campus Representative.  She has recently joined the Residential Life team by becoming a Residential Advisor in the freshman dorms. Sam is very honored and excited to be a part of the No Frills 2009 bid team.

Technology/Facilities Chair: Kimona Kousins: generalfrills09facilities@gmail.com

Head shot of Kimona Kimona Kousins is a sophmore double majoring in Computer Information Systems and Health Information Management. She is from Hampton, VA. During her time at CSS, she has become the Secretary of Kaleidoscope Multicultural Club, the Treasurer of the Asian Fun Club, the PR for United For Africa and an employee at the Computer Help Desk. She has really enjoyed getting involved by attending the MACURH 2007 Conference in addition to helping with every RHA activity this year. Kimona enjoys hanging out with her friends, cooking and learning more about technology. She is glad to be a part of the bid team and can not wait for No Frills 2009.

Head shot of Mary Mary Meyer has been the Admissions Event Specialist at The College of St. Scholastica for 16 years. During her time at St. Scholastica she has served on  many committees including International Student, Diversity, and Homecoming Events. She is also the advisor for the CSS Dance Team. Mary is originally from the Duluth area and is a CSS grad. She is excited to be the advisor for the No Frills 2009 Conference and is looking forward to having you experience the hospitality of The College of St. Scholastica and Duluth!

 

Records Keeper: Kristina Kelleher: generalfrills09records@gmail.com

Kristina Kelleher is the records keeper of General Frills 2009. She is a senior biology student. Her extreme interests includes movie scores and the movies that accompany them, spending a great deal of time reading adventure/fantasy stories or historical fiction. A fun fact about her is that she owns many video game consoles; her escape! She hopes to make this conference one of the highlights of for her last year at St. Scholastica.

Josh is a sophomore in the pre-med program. He is from North Branch, MN. Josh is a member of the CSS Track team and the CSS Jazz Band. He is very excited and honored to be a part of the General Frills 2009 team.
